News WUSA9.com features West Potomac High School’s 2011 Runway Ready fashion show, ALEXANDRIA, VA (WUSA)– Angie Goff (@ohmygoff) reports from planning, promotion and production making a fashion show happen is no easy feat– but some talented students are pulling it off at a whole other level. Every year the Fashion Design Department at West Potomac Academy gives students a chance to show their designs. Seniors are required to create an entire collection and are the highlight of the show. There were a couple of guest designers present such as Cantoire, Bougie Baby and Uglee Collection. Those who attended were able to shop for a few items from local boutiques and vendors. This year’s Runway Ready event was hosted by JHall & Sunni of WPGC radio and America’s next top model contestant Bianca Richardson.
