Media tours making a difference for College students!

eXposure is a nonprofit program of The Napoleon Complex Project that provides college students with insight and exposure to the multi-media industry. Open to both High School and College Students who have interest in Television and Film production, Radio, Media, Public Relations or live event production are selected to participate in opportunity building events throughout the year.

It’s no secret that HBCU’s are continuing to operate under limited funds and little resources, especially during the current economic recession. And, with financial loss come cuts to vital areas such as technology, equipment, adjunct professorships, and guest speakers. Seeing this as a major hurdle for these college students, Founder & Co-Founder, Don & Erica Napoleon launched eXposure as a way to provide students with the resources and opportunities they need.
